Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 pkg sugar free/fat free butterscotch instant pudding mix

Instructions:

Make the pudding per package instructions. Take 1/2 of the pudding mix and stir into the yogurt. Makes 32 1 Tbsp servings.

Light Chex Mix

Servings: 16  PP Value: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Cheerios
  • 3 cups pretzels
  • Butter cooking spray
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp butter flavored sprinkles
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

In 15″ x 10″ x 1″ baking pan, combine cereals & pretzels. Lightly coat with a butter cooking spray, drizzle with Worcestershire sauce. Combine remaining ingredients & sprinkle over cereal mix. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

Peter Rabbit Dip

  • 1 cup nonfat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

Instructions:

Combine cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in radishes, carrots, scallions, green pepper, celery, black pepper and hot pepper sauce.
